Farah K. Ahmed is an advertising law attorney in the nation’s capitol and is immersed in the high-style print, television, and Internet world of beauty and fashion.  Born and raised in Canada with her roots in South Asia, she has a bachelor’s degree in physiology as well as a law degree from the University of Virginia. Ahmed specializes in cosmetics and supplement advertising.

Saima Haque co-founded ideegraphics, a web and print graphic design company. She  has designed cutting-edge Web sites and print material for a number of companies including Rhythm Networks, Cubico, and others. Haque is an alumni of San Jose State University, where she earned her degree in graphic design. 

Rupa Dev is a journalist, freelance writer, and magazine enthusiast whose self-proclaimed obsession with the media is all-consuming. She is an Associate Editor of a online magazine for young professionals. When she's not off interviewing one of the many promising faces of tomorrow, she enjoys reading and writing extensively. She believes in the power of human connectivity and questioning everything. Her educational background lies in the study of English and Sociology at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.

Photographer Lory Hawley’s love of travel, food and wine was developed as an international flight attendant and in the restaurant industry in the San Francisco Bay Area where she lives. Her work has been published in the San Francisco Chronicle, Oakland Tribune, Diablo Magazine and Tri-Valley Magazine, among others. In addition to food and wine she photographs landscapes and travel destinations.

Navdeep Mundi is a freelance public relations enthusiast intrigued by the “desi-fication” of Indians in pop culture and media. After studying physical, life, and social sciences, she currently teaches on post-modern electronic science after completing her MBA. Mostly, she is intrigued by the new world mythology of luxe branding in the era of globalization.

Sethu Sethuraman’s  first job was features photographer at a daily newspaper in his hometown of Chennai in the south of India. Since then, he has freelanced for various magazines and other publications in the U.S., the Middle East and Canada, shooting everything from portraits to landscapes. He lives in the San Francisco area.

Eric Striffler has been shooting fashion, beauty and still life in New York City and the Hamptons for over 10 years. His advertising and editorial images have appeared in publications including Town & Country, Elle, Vogue, Complex, Elite Traveler, Time Out New York, Tearsheet, Manhattan Style, Quest, Hamptons Magazine, Palm Beach Illustrated and others.

After spending six years as a U.S. Navy Photographer, James Weber decided to change his focus from journalistic work to fashion and beauty photography.  Five years later in New York, he has worked for clients such as Jordache Jeans, U.S. Polo Association, Duri Cosmetics, and Tommy Hilfiger.  His work has been published in Aventura, Palm Beach Illustrated, New York Moves, and U.S. Polo International.  See his work at www.jamesweberstudio.com.
